Enkindle Catholic’s Parish Family Ministry Assessment Tool

This tool helps parish leaders assess their family ministry—clarifying goals, challenges, and needs. Your responses will guide strategies that align with your parish’s mission and the families you serve.

We highly encourage you to do this exercise with your parish leadership and the team responsible for family ministry at your parish, including your key volunteers. You can 👉🏻 download and print copies of the questions and share them with your team to discuss. Build consensus on the answers and then have a single person fill out the electronic form. You’ll receive a copy of the results that you can share with the rest of your team. Enkindle Catholic will also receive a copy of your results so that we can make the most out of your complimentary 1:1 brainstorming call with a member of our team.
